I ordered several items. Will they arrive together?
Not always. Different items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

What if something arrives damaged or incomplete?
Message us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund the full amount, including shipping.
