Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses overseas, with a tracking number for every order.
International shipping
- Price: international shipping is free.
- Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination.
- Customs and taxes: any import taxes, duties or fees in the destination country are paid by the customer.
- Currency: for customers abroad, prices are shown in US dollars for convenience, and the charge itself is made in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank converts the amount automatically.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- An order with several toys may arrive in separate packages, a few days apart.
- In special circumstances (holidays, courier backlogs, unforeseen events or delays in releasing parcels) there may be delays, and we'll keep you updated.
- Buying a gift for a specific date? We recommend ordering ahead, according to the delivery times above.
Order tracking
After placing your order you'll get a confirmation email, and when it ships you'll get a tracking number. Please make sure your address, phone and email are correct so the delivery isn't delayed.
