Accessibility Statement

At MAGIKA we want everyone, including people with disabilities, to browse and shop comfortably. The site was made accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA.

What we did

• Accessibility menu – a fixed button at the side of the screen with adjustments: larger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, text spacing, stopping animations, a big cursor and a keyboard focus highlight. Your choice is saved for your next visit and can be reset in one click.
• Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator.
• A "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
• Alternative text for images, and labels for buttons and form fields.
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
• A hierarchical heading structure, with the language and reading direction set on every page.
• Responsive design for phones and screens of every size, with browser text zoom support.
• Animations switch off automatically when "reduce motion" is set on the device.

Known limitations

Some product photos come from suppliers and may contain text that is not fully accessible. The checkout page is run and made accessible by Shopify. We keep improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.
